Plan A
Plan A is our basic Medicare Supplement plan. It includes coverage for Medicare Part A and Part B copayments, coinsurance, and more.
Plan D
Plan D includes coverage for Medicare Part A and Part B copayments and coinsurance. Skilled nursing facility care and foreign travel emergencies are covered as well.
Plan F
Plan F includes coverage for Medicare Part A and Part B deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance. Skilled nursing facility care, foreign travel emergencies, and 100% coverage of Medicare Part B excess charges are covered as well.
* Plan F will no longer be available for newly eligible Medicare enrollees as of Jan 1, 2020.
A newly eligible beneficiary is either:
- a person who turns 65 on or after Jan 1, 2020
- a person who becomes eligible on or after that date because of a disability

Innovative Plan F
Innovative Plan F offers the same benefits as Plan F with the addition of routine eye exams, eyewear, hearing exams and hearing aids. These additional benefits are not covered by Medicare or a standard Medicare Supplement Plan.
* Innovative Plan F will no longer be available for newly eligible Medicare enrollees as of Jan 1, 2020.
A newly eligible beneficiary is either:
- a person who turns 65 on or after Jan 1, 2020
- a person who becomes eligible on or after that date because of a disability

High Deductible Plan F
High Deductible Plan F is a high deductible plan that pays the same and offers the same benefits as Plan F once the calendar year deductible of $2,800 has been met. Benefits will not begin until out-of-pocket expenses of $2,800 are reached. These expenses include the plan’s separate foreign travel emergency deductible.
* High Deductible Plan Fwill no longer be available for newly eligible Medicare enrollees as of Jan 1, 2020.
A newly eligible beneficiary is either:
- a person who turns 65 on or after Jan 1, 2020
- a person who becomes eligible on or after that date because of a disability

Plan G
Plan G includes coverage for Medicare Part A and Part B copayments and coinsurance, plus the Medicare Part A deductible, skilled nursing facility care, foreign travel emergencies, and 100% coverage of Medicare Part B excess charges, and more.
High Deductible Plan G
High Deductible Plan G is a high deductible plan that pays the same and offers the same benefits as Plan G once the calendar year deductible of $2,800 has been met. Benefits will not begin until out-of-pocket expenses of $2,800 are reached. These expenses include the plan’s separate foreign travel emergency deductible.
Innovative Plan G
Innovative Plan G offers the same benefits as Plan G with the addition of routine eye exams, eyewear, hearing exams, hearing aids and routine chiropractic and acupuncture visits.
Plan N
Plan N includes coverage for Medicare Part A and Part B copayments, and coinsurance. $20 for provider office visits and $50 for emergency care visits. Skilled nursing facility care and foreign travel emergencies are covered as well.
*Policies or certificates for benefit plans F, High Deductible F and Innovative F are prohibited from sales, on or after January 1, 2020 to newly eligible Medicare beneficiaries. A newly eligible beneficiary is defined as an individual who becomes eligible for Medicare on or after January 1, 2020, because the individual attained 65 years of age on or after January 1, 2020, or the individual became eligible for Medicare benefits on or after January 1, 2020, by reason of disability, as specified.
