Contracting Instructions

Welcome to Health Net! We are pleased that you would like the opportunity to sell our Health Net Supplement plans.

Becoming an Agent with Centene to offer our Health Net Medicare Supplement products is simple! Completing the steps below will ensure you are eligible to market and sell our Medicare Supplement products.

Agent Onboarding

Step 1: Licensing & National Producer Registration

Visit the State Department of Insurance website(s) to view and complete the requirement on becoming a licensed Agent for all the state(s) in which you intend to market and sell Health Net Medicare Supplement products.

Note: You must have the required line of authority to proceed.

Step 2: Onboarding Process

If you are working with an upline/agency firm, contact them to get their NPN to ensure your affiliation with them is link correctly.

To begin, create an account by registering using the Online broker Self-Service Tool.

Log-in page, after Broker Contracting Account is created or if you have an existing account.

Health Net will send you an email advising that you are ready to begin selling Health Net Medicare Supplement Plans.

Step 3: Broker Portal Access

After you received the ready to sell notification email from Health Net, you are now able to create an account through our Broker Portal to view your book of business and commissions statements.

Important Note - Your Broker Portal website account access is separate from the online Broker Self-Service Tool Account and needs to be accessed separately.
